The Day of the Tourist Board of Bale celebrated with music, dancing and togetherness
On Saturday, 15 August, Tomaso Bembo Square hosted the celebration of the Day of the Tourist Board of Bale, an evening dedicated to music, dancing and spending time together. ABBAzzia from Opatija, an ABBA tribute band, provided the soundtrack to the evening with some of the group’s best-known hits.
Numerous local residents and guests joined the celebration, singing and dancing to songs enjoyed by several generations. Once again, Tomaso Bembo Square became a place for meeting and coming together, creating a memorable summer evening in Bale.
One of the most special and spontaneous moments of the evening came when a newlywed couple joined the crowd on the dance floor. They danced with everyone to “Dancing Queen”, adding an unexpected and particularly lovely moment to the celebration. We wish the newlyweds a lifetime of happiness and love, and many more dances together.
The celebration was also an opportunity to bring together local residents, guests and friends of Bale and to celebrate the community and everything that makes summer in Bale so lively.
The summer programme in Bale continues. Until the end of the season, visitors and residents can look forward to concerts, theatre performances, cultural events and numerous other gatherings.
